Sunny Norwood Buck
Sunny has been involved in many aspects of fitness from a very young age. She started out as with cheer and dance teams. Later, she added karate and belly dancing to the mix. Traditional sports, such as track and field and basketball, were introduced to her in high school. She continued as a pole vaulter in college. After serving time in the active duty military, she picked up Crossfit to maintain her fitness. Since then, she’s dabbled in jiu jitsu, mountain biking, and triathlons. Tagged as having athletic ADD, she enjoys a level of fitness that allows her to participate in a variety of athletic endeavors. As a new mom working full time and part time as a reservist, she also understands the importance to have time for family and other facets of life. Her blogging interests include those that allow her to make fitness efficient and in tune with the rest of life.
