As fitness enthusiasts, you put a lot of time and effort into crafting your body.
We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between fitness and fashion, because we believe that when you train as hard as you do, you want to look good.
This is true of your clothes and accessories. We know from experience how much of a confidence booster it is to reward yourself with a new suit, dress or entire wardrobe, and dress in style.
So this week, we’re cranking up the heat on style and giving you a glimpse into the highlights from this spring’s latest fashion trends for men and women.
We hope you’re not afraid of color, because high-octane shades like citron yellow, Kelly green and coral pink are among the top favorites with designers this season.
But leading the pack in color is high-octane orange, otherwise known as tangerine.
Spring is a great time to put those drab colors of winter behind you and break out of your basic-black habit by celebrating with colors to match the spring weather.
Nothing makes that statement quite like tangerine or high-octane orange – a favorite shade among top designers this spring, including Sachin + Babi, Doo.Ri, Rebecca Minkoff and Derek Lam.
Some of our favorite tangerine designs this spring include Vivienne Tam, Jennie Packham, and Marc Jacobs, shown here in this photo.
For the guys, this orange trend continues, as you can see from this outfit designed by brothers Dean and Dan Caten – Dsquared2.
The white v-neck T-shirt is a great addition to cool down this hot color, and show off that muscular frame.
Blazers are hot this season and are seen paired with shorts to make for a more stylish outfit, with some great designs from Doo.Ri, Temperley London, Ralph Lauren, Rachel Zoe, and seen here, Emilio Pucci.
Blazers are echoed in men’s fashions this spring and are an essential item in any wardrobe.
Double-breasted blazers will make you look broader, whereas the single-breasted jacket gives you a more slimming and streamline look.
And don’t forget those pocket squares. Here’s you chance to add a little personality with contrasting colors and patterns.
That’s all the fashion news we have for you this week. We’d love to hear from you and your fashion trends for this spring.
Please leave a comment below and let us know – will these colors make a debut in your wardrobe this spring?
