Sometimes all it takes is a picture to get you inspired.

One day you’re surfing online, cruising your favorite Tumblr and Pinterest boards and it hits you. Your eyes stop on one particular image of someone who inspires you, and as you focus and take it all in, you feel the desire burning up inside you to get up and move, and break out of your slump.
Everybody falls into a slump and gets sidetracked. This is the time when you need to stop, reflect, and take notice of what else is going on in your life.
One of the most common factors that sucks the energy and motivation right out of us is having too much on the go. As fitness enthusiasts, energy is something we have in abundance and often we set ourselves too many goals at once. Try focusing on one goal and prioritizing your schedule to fit around this goal. You’ll find your energy returning and a renewed excitement about reaching your goal.
