Here in San Francisco, the Fitmark Team like to start their day off right by working out.
I don’t know about you but when I work out first thing in the morning, the rest of my day just seems to fall into place nicely.
It sets off the day perfectly. I enter the office feeling confident it’s going to be a good day. I stand taller, feel stronger, and have way more energy.
It’s a great way to start the morning because it gives me time to focus on the day ahead.
Working out in the morning before your body is really awake is also a great time to trick your muscles into performing better. It’s like a wake-up call for your heart and mind, and with the release of endorphins – those cortisol-killers – the stresses of the day are easier to manage.
