You should feel great about the bag you’re walking around with.
In fact, I’m a fan of a few bag brands, most aren’t fitness related like ours (funny enough, some that aren’t even male related, like Tory Burch or Kate Spade – ask my wife), but this is more about taking pride in the one item that you put all your important things into. Whether it’s your sports bottle, pair of shoes, glasses, iPod, laptop or whatever’s special to you, shouldn’t the bag you carry and the one item seen by all, represent you and your lifestyle? I mean, we put all this time into working out and defining our body or choosing a new outfit that makes us look and feel great, so why not put the same time in choosing a bag that makes us feel the same way?
I’m a fan of the look good, feel good mantra and I’m sure you are too. There’s nothing better than putting on a nice suit or crisp pair of jeans, especially knowing you put in the hard work at the gym for that outfit to fit perfect. Trust me, people notice. But, what about your bag? Does that speak the same volume? Does it represent you? Think about that the next time you grab your bag heading out the door.
In the meantime, stay focused at work, in the gym and everything in between – success comes with hard work!
