When was the last time you felt the great outdoors beneath your feet? You probably can’t even remember.
There are more of us living in cities than ever before, fewer people are finding their ways into the great outdoors these days , and it’s starting to get to our health. We’ve all experienced the “whoo hoo” feeling when you breath in that fresh air, and that physical benefit goes right to our heads. Even if you’re hitting up the gym regularly, I still think you need to get out for a bike ride or a great hike to the local mountains in the fresh air.
Most cities have some green space, but its always great to hit up the local trails to mix things up a little ,even if you have to drive more than two hours there are always long weekends, so no excuses. You have no idea what you are missing out on.
Most of all have fun and enjoy your journey of your lifestyle change you have set out for yourself and look forward to achieving your own personal goals.
