Today’s fitness plan is all about legs! Who doesn’t want their gams to be lean and lovely? I know I do. This workout can be done at home or at your local fitness center. My workout will get your blood pumping and your legs burning. Remember that sweat = results!
To complete this routine, all you need is an elevated platform with 2 to 3 risers underneath. Advanced users may want to grab a pair of 10-12 pound free weights to make this workout more challenging.
Complete each exercise without taking breaks. After each round, take a 30 second break.
10 high knees with front kick
10 step ups with high knees
10 lunges, each side
10 lower body jacks
10 inner thigh lifts
10 sumo squats
10 walking lunges
10 speed skaters
10 shuffle squats
30 second break
Total: 10 rounds
Remember to stretch for at least 10 minutes after completing this plan. Be proud of yourself for getting through it! About 5 rounds in, I get tired, but I always feel amazing when I push myself to the end.
