This month’s piece is ALL about generating a positive environment. The power of remaining positive when faced with difficult challenges is incredibly invaluable in all facets of life. Fostering positivity in your life certainly sounds easy enough, but it can prove to be quite the surmountable challenge! However – like most things in life – the more daunting and challenging the obstacle the more rewarding and beneficial it is to overcome it.
Do your best to put the old saying, “the glass is half full” to everyday practice. Even if you need to fake it in the beginning – fake that smile! Act positive! Surround yourself with other positive people! Visualize positivity! Eventually, the overwhelmingly great feeling of acting, being, and staying positive will take over! This holds true for your personal life, your fitness life, and your professional life. The more positivity you generate the better you will feel and the more likely you will be to foster a never-ending positive feedback loop of positive thoughts and feelings. I have the best work outs when I am feeling happy and positive!
So give it a try! Proliferate and propagate positivity for you and others around you. Your life, mood, and surrounding environment will unquestionably improve and the feeling is priceless! You WILL be more productive, feel more powerful, and ultimately be more positive!!!
