This topic is one I preach to clients as well as other gym goers who are learning to harness their full capability of wanting to get fit or taking their fitness to the next level. I personally suffer from asthma, but breathing helps me harness my inner strength to continue to work out with maximum effort.
People take breathing too lightly and underestimate its power. Which correlates directly with exhausting extra strength, and they are losing on inhale and exhale fundamentals as well as proper technique. Still some don’t understand the concept at entry or beginner level training. It becomes apparent when the intensity and volume picks up; the difference is made clear.
Body-Synergy is taking more than one part and putting them together to create a harmony from within that harnesses a deeper level of output of energy than one usually can exert when getting closer to muscle failure. This task is done by breathing from your belly, not your chest. This covers the inhale. Exhale your breath out through your mouth slowly, start at a point less than halfway up from the sticking point, and slowly exhale while completing rep.
