It’s not always easy to see your after in your minds eye while looking in the mirror or at assessment photos. But you must! You must find a way past your displeasure to seeing your body for what it truly is. Break it down to it’s most basic parts. Understand the true characteristics of the work you are planning.
It’s a skeleton that gives you your structure, length and stature. It’s muscle, that gives your skeleton shape and curve. It’s fat that offers the muscle a softer or harder look. You get to choose how two out of the three are molded. You get to choose how those two will complement one another.
It doesn’t matter which is more dominant before you start your transformation. What matters is that you understand what it will take for you to make those changes. What matters is that you form a plan, establish deadlines and make the commitment to meet them. What matters is what is beneath surface, because the surface is what is going to change.
