I have so much passion for fitness. Who would have thought? I have really been taking my fitness serious the last 8 months, somewhere in those 8 months, I fell in love with fitness.
This all started with me just wanting to get back in shape and dropping a few pounds. I told myself I was going to be committed to my workouts. The first 30 days I started to notice great results. My weight dropped a few pounds, my arms was toning up. My body was transforming. This began my journey……my new lifestyle!
It’s now been over 8 months since my fitness journey. I’m down 50ish pounds and fitter than ever. Today my life is Fitness, I live, I breathe and eat fitness. I have surrounded myself with people who share the same passion, I even hired a trainer which has helped tremendously. I love working out. I plan my workouts weekly, with the help of my trainer I now know how to workout productively. Online, I always pick up new tips on new exercises. I love learning new exercises! I love inspiring and motivate people to reach their fitness goals.
