Fitmark Ambassador Jacob Hanika encourages you to reassess your life’s priorities and put them in order to create a healthier lifestyle for you
Fitness? Health? Work? Family? Friends? Priorities are something that we all live with. Some of us have a priority to be a bodybuilder/CrossFitter/Marathon Runner and the rest can fall behind. Some of us have a family first priority and everything else can take shape behind that. No matter what order your priorities fall in make sure that they are providing you a healthy lifestyle. If you aren’t happy and enjoying your time then look at your priorities. Find what is missing and change your priorities to make sure you are living healthy in every aspect of your life.

Just because fitness isn’t priority #1 in your life doesn’t mean you are unhealthy or do not care about fitness. Some use fitness to get away from their day and some use it as something fun to do. There is hundreds of different gym or exercise enthusiast’s out there. But you won’t be fully rounded people until you are happy. For some the gym is #1 and that is perfectly fine because we are all wired differently. Maybe you need to be in the gym at 7 am to start your day right for work and that is great.
The moral of having your own priorities is to make sure you are living a well-rounded healthy life. Don’t judge someone else because they choose their kids over a gym workout some days or if someone chooses a late night work and misses the gym. Every one of us will leave a lasting legacy on certain individuals in our life, make sure you are leaving an impression that you want and shows them to be happy, smile, have priorities and live a healthy life in and out of the gym. Push others to be great in everything they choose to do, be a great dad, mom, sibling, bodybuilder, trainer, accountant, real estate broker, priest and anything you may choose. Find what is important to those and help push them to find happiness and health in every aspect of their lives as well!
Stay fit,
Jacob Hanika
