- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled and deseeded
- 3 cups kale, chopped
- 4 ounces of filtered water
Blend all the above ingredients together with 1 cup of ice and you have a meal to-go that’s packed with antioxidants, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, calcium and iron!
