One thing we noticed from all your great meal plans is how much you love chicken and broccoli – the muscle-building food of fit bodies. So we wanted to share with you one of our favorite chicken recipes. It’s delicious, quick and easy and makes four meals.
Baked Dijon Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- Dijon mustard
- Italian herbs
In a baking dish, arrange 4 chicken breasts. Coat with a generous layer of Dijon mustard before sprinkling with dried Italian herbs. Bake in the oven at 350° until chicken is cooked all the way through – about 35-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
This recipe is low in saturated fat (4g), high in lean protein (39g) and low in calories (240 kcal).
