When it comes to meal prep, most of us turn to that safe combo of chicken, sweet potato and broccoli. Unless you’re in a competition, there’s no need to be so strict with your diet. Spice it up a little, get creative, take those old recipes and have fun with your food.

Gui doesn’t follow a strict menu plan, he doesn’t count calories and he doesn’t measure his food, yet he has managed to lose about 80 lbs just by sticking to healthy food choices. Here, Gui has prepared a breakfast of quark, raspberries, dried pineapple, kiwi, honey, and dark chocolate chips.
Prepping your meals ahead of time and having a meal management system like the Box is the best way to stay on track. That’s exactly what he did here in this picture. Already prepped and packed in Fitmark meal containers is enough food to get Gui through his work day:
- Smoked salmon, thinly sliced with lettuce
- Tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese
