What are your top three fit tips? This is a question that our ambassadors have answered over and over again on the Fitmark Blog, and the answer is always different depending on who you ask and the individual’s fitness goals.
Let’s take a look first at Fitmark Ambassador Tiffany Marie Boydston to see what she recommends as her top three fitness tips.
- Fitmark Ambassador: Tiffany Marie Boydston
- Lifestyle: Master Plus PT, Nutritionist, Life Coach, and Health and Wellness Expert

Tiffany Marie’s number one fit tip is to always be prepared with your meals. It’s the only way to stay on track with your diet and nutrition and one of the things she loves the most about her Fitmark Bags.
- Be prepared with healthy snacks and meals
- When eating out, make smarter choices. Ask for steamed, grilled, or poached.
- Have fun with your fit lifestyle! This should be a way of life! Make your foods fun and have fun with your trainer (which could be yourself or someone you hire).
“Just remember: When it comes to your precious body and metabolism, it’s a marathon not a sprint. The slower, the better!”
Tiffany Marie’s fitness journey was sparked by a medical diagnosis that changed her approach to everything. She told us:
Instead of being a victim to this, I decided to fix my condition with food.

- Plan your meals in advance.
- Schedule your workouts like appointments.
- Find a support system to help keep you on track like a partner, family member or friend.
After studying kinesiology at university, Alicia found she had a better understanding of the body and how it works, and this has helped her to become a high level coach. She said:
I would say that my expertise is biomechanics. I love how certain muscles can be manipulated to get the most out of an exercise. Activating the right joints or stabilizers can totally change an exercise or movement.

Our next ambassador is a fit father of two, who says that being a dad has really driven him to do better. It also makes him work harder for his kids and because he wants to “set an example for them that it is possible to make career, fitness and family all work together.”
Fitmark Ambassador: Mike Hildebrandt
Lifestyle: Fit Father, Fitness Athlete, Personal Trainer, Area Fitness Director, Axiom Fitness
Favorite Fitmark Bags: Mason’s Bag⎜Envoy Backpack⎜Transporter Backpack
- Always include compound free weight movements as a staple in your routine.
- Work your lagging muscle parts at least 2x per week.
- Use HIIT training for effective and efficient cardio.
Mike’s rigorous work schedule and training program proves that you don’t have to shy away from what you love, even if you’re a busy dad. Fitness and health are as much as a priority as anything else in your life. And as a dad, it’s super important that you can lead by example and show your kids how fun a healthy lifestyle really can be. Mike told us:
Find what you love and invest all that you have into making it grow!

And let’s not forget about the many fit moms out there who are setting a good example for their kids. For our next ambassador, she’s on a quest to create a positive body image, not just for her daughter, but for all women.
- Plan your meals (part of my success in overcoming my bulimia)
- Take time for you
- Move your body
Above all, Aeryon says to, “forgive yourself…love yourself and honor yourself.”
For years Aeryon struggled in silence with her eating disorder, but she always found her way out with fitness and meal prep. They were the survival tools that helped her overcome her bulimia.
A lot of shame and guilt exists around eating disorders (ED), and many suffer in silence before ever seeking help. Aeryon speaks openly about her own struggle in the hopes of starting “a much larger and healthier dialogue about diet, food, and our bodies.” She told us:
The best part of being a fitness professional is the impact you can make on others’ lives. I do a talk on Bulimia to Balance (just finishing up the eBook), and the positive feedback I get from women and men trying to overcome eating disorders is so gratifying.

When it comes to fitness, the mind-body connection is a powerful and motivating force, and one that has become a philosophy and way of life for our next ambassador.
- Honestly push yourself
- Take time to recover and stretch
- You can’t out-train a bad diet
David believes in testing your limits, because only then will you realize that you’re capable of much more than you imagined. By pushing yourself, you free the mind of doubts and give yourself a boost of confidence. He told us:
In the past, I’ve always addressed the psychology of self-limitation with my clients – the breakthroughs and thresholds of confronting fears and going beyond what’s possible…to trust in their own abilities to keep going…in short, empowerment!

Everybody’s fitness journey starts somewhere and for our next ambassador, it was in her basement with a bunch of BeachBody DVDs.
- Believe in yourself.
- Take time to foam roll and do mobility work, BEFORE you’re injured to PREVENT injury.
- Wear PROPER footwear! I see SO many injuries from wearing the wrong running shoes.
Randi has made a career out of her passion for fitness, and finds that being her own boss is incredibly rewarding and motivating. She’s building something she loves and loving every minute of it.
