As an actress and model, Fitmark Ambassador Pamela Jean Noble spends a great deal of time traveling from gig to gig. Living this kind of busy lifestyle, Pamela found it was easy to come up with excuses for why not – “I’m so busy, I travel all the time, I’m always in hotels.” That is until one day, she met someone who changed her life forever.

I had always wanted to compete, but kept making excuses, “I’m so busy, I travel all the time, I’m always in hotels.” Then I met a girl who changed my entire thought process. We were both in another state working an event. She was a competitor, and brought her meals with her and went to the hotel gym in the morning before work. She left me with no excuses. Three months later, I started competing!
The World of MMA
You might recognize Pamela from the MMA, as she is an acclaimed Ring Card Girl and has conducted countless interviews with some great contenders and personalities. She’s also a regular on Fuel TV’s The Daily Habit. But more recently, you may have seen her on The20s – The Search For The Next Beachbody Super Trainer.
Though she doesn’t talk about it much, Pamela has a black belt in Taekwondo. She’s always had a deep respect for the MMA athletes she’s worked with, and as a result has become a student of the martial arts herself.
Focus On Fitness
She’s always loved sports, but now her focus is on fitness. With a degree in kinesiology, she has a solid understanding and a deep respect for the sport of fitness. She told us:
I think it has made me appreciate dedication and being focused. It has helped in so many other ways in my life as well. I have always been driven, but I never make excuses and I fight for what I want!
How Does Pamela Jean Noble Stay On Point?
Staying on track is super important for someone like Pamela who’s always in front of the camera. She finds flexible dieting and counting macros is the only way of eating, especially when you’re on the road so much and staying in hotels. She told us:
I do IIFYM. It helps me change up what I’m eating, so I never get bored with my food. I will meal prep for about 3 days and then do it all over again, so my meals are always fresh!
One of Pamela’s favorite recipes is everybody’s favorite! You guessed it! “Protein Pancakes!” She told us:
I make them from scratch and am always experimenting with new flavors!
