Do Something You Haven’t Done Before

Fitmark Ambassador Stephanie Zoccatelli encourages you to step out of your routine box and give something new a shot to keep workouts fun 

Recently I’ve felt in a rut with my training and workout so I decided to switch it up and try things that I’ve never done before. Well here is one of the new workouts that I made up and let me tell you, it was a challenging workout!

Here’s how it goes:
• 20 mountain climbers
• 10 tire flips
• 10 pushups
sprint back to “start” line and back to tire
• rest 1-2 minutes
• repeat

I did this workout on a football field, so I went the length of the whole field.  This made it more challenging since I kept getting further from the start line.  This also made it more fun, since each new “round” was a chance to push myself harder.

There are quite a few physical benefits of this workout: improve your endurance, improve your strength and power and improve your mood.
