My name is Julie Murdaugh. I am a mother, wife, teacher, triathlete and most recently a Personal Trainer and coach. I have lost over 80 pounds through clean eating and exercising. I have become someone who LOVES to exercise and can't function properly without it. I began training for a half marathons and then moved onto triathlons. I am currently training for my first Half Ironman and am so excited and proud of how far I've come. I'm living proof that you can achieve anything. I am eager to start helping others reach their fitness goals and true potential.
